We ship orders via Qxpress. Our Standard Delivery timing is Monday to Friday.
Weekend Appointment for onsite Installation:
For weekend appointment, early booking in 3 days advance is required.
However, once weekend appointment is secured, admin fee of SGD$30 will be chargeable cancellation of weekend appointment.

Shipping Duration & Delivery Policy
Delivery Policy: To help you save on delivery charges, LELONG.COM.SG will usually consolidate your items in one single order and ship them together. When estimating shipping duration, it is best to take the item with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate shipping duration for your order. Occasionally, LELONG.COM.SG may ship your items to you separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees.
In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team within seven days and they will send a replacement.
In the event that you would like to do a self collection for your order, please write to us at admin@LELONG.COM.SG and give us a notice of at least 2 working days for us to prepare the items for you.
If you have failed to collect your order after a 1 month from the first contact, after numerous attempts of contact on our end, your order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you in the form of a store credit.
Please read & understand carefully, before using our service & website, by accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not use or access the Service.
Eligible for return & refund:
Our refund policy lasts 7 days only from the purchase date of your order. If 7 days have elapsed, since your purchase, we are not entertaining and liable for any refund or exchange. We shall treat as dismissal case * case by a case basis and there will be no further action taken by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/brand new sellable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with the original packaging.
Doulton Water filters are a consumable product, once is opened & used no returnable & no refundable.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be entertain
We do not accept change of mind returns, all items sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. In the event that wrong goods are received, damaged, or broken, kindly contact us at email@example.com
PRICING & CANCEL
We do not accept any liability for any discrepancy between the prices in our physical stores and online store(marketplaces lazada/shopee) & dealers. Also, from time to time, especially during sales or promotional periods.
We shall also be entitled to cancel the purchase or suspend any further deliveries to you without any liability whatsoever, if you make any voluntary arrangement with your creditors or become bankrupt or become subject to an administration order or go into liquidation, have a receiver, liquidator or administrator appointed over any of your property or assets, cease, or threaten to cease, to carry on business, or if we reasonably believe that any of the above-mentioned events is about to occur to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com..sg and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:
- Within 7 days after delivery
- New condition and unused
- Original packaging
LELONG.COM.SG reserves the right to reject any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions.
#Return T & C
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your item, please note that we will only accept returns item that
- Have not been opened
- Have all seals and tag intact
- Is unworn, unwashed, or unaltered
However, change of mind returns are not applicable for the following products
- All products that require installation, customisation or are bulky
For change of mind returns, please ensure that the items packaging is un-opened and undamaged. For other return reasons, please return the items in their original packaging.
Otherwise, your return/refund request will be rejected and return to you.
In addition, for all returns, you will need to include any of the following that came together with your item:
- Free gifts
- Any other accessories
It would be advisable to wrap it in another layer of external packaging like plastic to avoid damage to the parcel during transportation.
Note: if you return an item that does not meet the above requirements for returns, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund.
As shipping is a hard cost we incur from logistics, please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable, and there is a pick-up fee at 10% of the price you paid for the item. As such, you will be refunded the following amount:
Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price - 20% admin/manpower/delivery/restock fee.
While some companies build in return fees into their prices, we charge only when you return. This way, you’re not paying for peoples' returns or shipping.
- All we need from you is to email to firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for our customer service representative to get back to you within 1 - 3 working days with the best available timing for us to pick up the item. Please be reminded that returns with items that do not meet the Return Eligibility conditions will be rejected.
- After item is returned to our warehouse, your refund will be processed and you will receive an email notification. Please note that it takes 3 - 5 working days for the refund to appear in your PayPal balance or in your credit card account.
- Voucher codes cannot be re-issued if you return your order. Meaning, you will not be able to use the same voucher code for another order if the promotion has ended. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
Changing Your Order:
If you’d like to change your order before it is shipped out to you, we’ll gladly process it with no additional costs to you. Note that exchanges are only available for items of the same price or less. The balance amount will be refunded to the same method of payment as the original payment. If you’d like to exchange for an item of a higher price, we will cancel the original item for you and you will have to place a separate order. Delivery fees will be waived. Simply email to email@example.com to change it.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to exchange your item after you have received an email saying that “Your order is on its way!”, as the item would already be on its way to you! If you’d still like to exchange an item, you will need to return the item (see our return policy) and place a new order. Delivery fees will be incurred for orders.

Change of Mind Policy:
After the transaction is completed, all sale is final. if you have change of mind, MY SHOPNSAVE PTE LTD, reserve the right to charge 20% admin fee of the final price sold.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
